![]() ![]() There is nothing particularly magical about these bed clamp and stay rod systems. Measuring it up for some drawings, will take a bit longer I have one, its from an M250 and I've also been advised it will fit an M300 Or make precise drawings (for others) myself if I manage to get actual part in my hands. Yes, I can make something similar, but I would like to make as close as possible copy. Even not to find someone wiling to make pics and drawings. And almost always missing.įor a quite a few years I did not managed to find one. Clamp seems to be same between M250 and M300. Also have M250/M300 taper attachment without bed clamp. ![]() I'm also in a same "boat" with apologies about writing in old post. If so, I'd be interested in getting some measurements to see if it would, in fact, fit on my Student. I realize that this thread is somewhat old but was wondering if Sebastian still has the wrong bed clamp that he thinks might be for the Student. Maybe someone out there has a Student lathe that came with a Triumph 2000 clamp *Looks for the pigs will fly emoji* Or if anyone has one and is seeing this thread.join up and let me know :Dīasically my taper attachment came with the wrong clamp. If Sebastian didn't take you up on your offer (very unlikely) I'd be interested in working something out. I have this part but cannot post pictures. Could anyone point me in the right direction? The manual doesn't show any details, but I'm hoping there's someone out there who has one they could measure / send pictures? Thanks. ![]() I'm doubtful I'll find this for sale separately any time soon, but it doesn't look too difficult to have a go at making one. My lathe is fitted with the taper turning attachment, but part of it is missing, namely the clamping assembly (circled red in picture). ![]()
